As a plus sized model Tavy is an advocate for body positivity. Her vision was to create a space for people to feel comfortable addressing their personal body/skin goals and with that in mind she founded The Body Bank where Your Body is Your Greatest Investment in Greensboro, NC in 2019. After providing thousands of clients with Post Operative Care services Tavy saw another need: recovery care. She noticed that many of her clients did not have the personal support and care needed for healing after surgical procedures. She worked with her colleague and friend Cherie to found Rejuvenation Cosmetic Recovery Center. Her goal was to provide an atmosphere “where healing feels like home”.

Tavy is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (BS) and The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (MS). Tavy is a NC and DC licensed esthetician and body work specialist. After completing her skin care therapy program at Health & Style Institute she trained extensively in body contouring and post operative care techniques with the best in the industry. Tavy’s reviews and reputation precedes her in the Post Operative Care industry. She is highly sought after, and clients travel from all over for her services and caring manner.

Tavy is North Carolina born and raised. Her experiences growing up in Kinston, NC, attending an HBCU, her family and her faith in God have helped to shape who she is today. People who really know Tavy would describe her as creative, driven, bold, fun and passionate about life. Her favorite things are: good food, good coffee/tea, traveling, music, the movies, fast cars, doing kind deeds and quiet time. When she's not at The Body Bank slaying bodies she is caring for clients at Rejuvenation, modeling across the country, life coaching with Purpose Parties and inspiring others to live their wildest dreams!
