What Is Rejuvenation Recovery Care Center?

We are a non-medical, 24/7 post op care team. We offer care in a comfortable, home-lie environment for clients recovering from cosmetic or plastic surgery procedures.

Are your staff members licensed?

We have a professional staff that includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, caregivers and post op care specialists.

What should I pack / bring?

•3 Non Ribbed, Smooth Tank Tops

•1-2 Front Tie Robes (non-fuzzy)

•2 Leisure or house dresses that reach the ankle and feature front buttons, snaps or zippers. For surgeries, it’s best to avoid clothing that requires lifting over your head to put on or take off.

•Loose Jogger Bottoms & Loose Tops

•3 pairs of compression socks

•3 pairs of basic socks to keep feet warm

•Personal Toiletries (toothpaste, soap, deodorant, etc.)

•Easy to Clean Slippers

•Inexpensive Headphones

•Hemoplex Pills (available at Amazon, GNC Vitamin Shop)

•Current Daily Medications

•Do Not Bring Valuables

Do you provide options for early check-in?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00 pm eastern time. Early check-in is available for an additional fee of $150.00. Please let us know in advance if you require early check-in.

Do you provide transportation to massage appointments or other extra stops not included in the stay?

No, we do not provide transportation for additional appointments. You can use Uber or Lyft for any extra transportation needs.

Can you bring a guest?

NO Guests are permitted within the home or on its premises at this time. This includes outside vendors for manual lymphatic drainage, massages, or other treatments. If you have friends or family visiting or have arranged for massages or treatments not provided within the home, please plan to meet them off-site.

Which airport do you service?

We only provide service to the city’s main airport.

Can you accommodate food restrictions?

We can accommodate allergies and special diets, such as vegetarian, but not specific food preferences. If you have unique food preferences, you can use Uber Eats or DoorDash. We do not accept clients that have “life or death” allergies.

Do you have items available for purchase in-house?

Yes, we have various items available for purchase.

Do you check vitals daily?

Yes, we check vitals daily.

​Does your All-inclusive stay include a Faja?

NO, you must buy at least 2 fajas or bring at least 2 fajas. You must bring the accessories that go into the Faja garment. We do have Faja accessories for purchase for an additional cost.

Can I add manual lymphatic drainage treatments on the day of arrival or for same-day service?

No, MLD Treatments must be added and purchased before arrival. If paid on the day of, the treatments will start the following day.

If you change your mind, can you get a refund?

At this time, NO REFUNDS will be granted for any reason. Clients who have extenuating circumstances and are unable to make their scheduled stay will only receive a credit that will be held and good for 1 calendar year. If you report to the house and check-in and then decide to leave on your own NO REFUNDS AND NO CREDITS will be given.

Do We Offer 1 on 1 private care?

Yes, we do but that is a separate service. 1 on 1 care is not within this current agreement advertised on our website and social media pages. If you are interested in 1 on 1 care please contact us for pricing and availability.

Will Tavy or Cherie be the one caring or me?

No, not necessarily. Tavy and Cherie manage the home and assist everyone throughout their stay. Tavy and Cherie will be on site for some shifts, periodic check ins and to touch base with clients.

All staff members are trained by Tavy and Cherie and provide care as a reflection of them.

Tavy and Cherie are available 24/7 while you're at under their care via phone.

Do you offer IV hydration therapy?

Yes, IV therapy is available. We contract this service through ************. Please contact ************ at ########## before arrival to schedule your IV for the same day as surgery or the day after
